A very holy saying from Jesus Ben Sira in Ecclesiastic also supports the holiness of biblical number nine. He says, “There are nine things I can think of which strike me as happy and a tenth one which is now my tongue”.

Number 9 is also said to be associated with silver, platinum, pearl and diamond and the flowers associated with this number are white roses, white carnations and lily of the valley.
